Our Organization

North Bay began representing Gift & Stationery products in 1989. We are a well established organization committed to partnering with our customers and manufacturers...working side by side to accomplish mutual goals and objectives. We have established long term relationships with our retail customers and the manufacturers we represent. We represent both a medium to mature group of manufacturers but have the ability to help in the development of a smaller manufacturer new to our market place. We are committed to a long term relationship as many of our manufacturers have been with us for many years, thus contributing to our overall success. Our attention to them is never ending and our focus one of continued excitement.

To be an honest, hard working, and professional organization committed to the highest standards of customer service and totally dedicated to giving our manufacturers the attention they deserve in the market place. To continually strive for and maintain a reputation of being an outstanding road reps driven professional sales organization.

Our Customer Base

Independent Stores

We serve a large customer base in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska consisting of several catagories of customer store account types: Better Gift, Gift-a-ble Home Accents, Garden/Nursery, General Gift, Pharmacy, Hospital Gift, Florists, Hallmarks, Party, Book, Baby, Children & Toy, Womens Boutiques, Resort, Souvenir, Theme Park, Craft Stores.

Key Accounts

We employ a key account representative responsible for key accounts/chains in our market area. We have a thorough understanding of merchandising concepts and the parameters required to establish strong working relationships with these key accounts.

Our Showroom Location

We are located on the first floor of the Pacific Market Center two doors down from the main registration lobby. With three entrances and over eighty running feet of visible windows, our showroom receives a majority of all customer traffic in the Pacific Market Center. Our manufacturers product lines are most visible to customer traffic.

Our People

We employ one showroom manager, one customer service/sales support representative, one office manager, eight road reps, & one key account person with major account responsibility. Our representatives are highly trained, solution oriented, and truly care to make a difference to those we serve. We truly believe in partnering for success.
